Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@isolpeptides.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure above.
